In Durgapur, 6014 grade is currently being traded in the ranged of INR57,500/MT. Domestic demand in India for silicon manganese remains inactive, and traders were also reluctant to buy despite seemingly low prices.

As for export market, demand for India origian silicon manganes remains weak with the same level for prices. 6014 is currently being offered at USD930/MT FOB East Coast India and 6516 is at USD1030/MT FOB East Coast.
