4、冷壓毛坯普通軟化規(guī)范:(820±10)°c ×3 ~4h, 以.≤15°C /h的冷卻速度, 隨爐緩冷至≤650°C, 出爐空冷。</div>

5、冷壓毛坯等溫球化軟化規(guī)范:(820±10)°C ×3 ~4h, (720 ±10) °C ×6 ~8h, 再隨爐緩冷至≤600°C, 出爐空冷。處理前硬度≤217HBW, 處理后硬度≥170HBW。</div>

7、成批等溫球化退火規(guī)范:790 ~810°C ×2 ~3h, 爐冷, 7O0 -720°C ×3 ~4h, 硬度≤217HBW, 珠光體組織2-5 級(jí), 網(wǎng)狀碳化物等級(jí)≤2 級(jí)。</div>

8、淬火、回火規(guī)范</div>
