[Ferro-Alloys.com] It is reported by ferro-alloys.com that HBIS released the purchase price of manganese alloys, followed by other steel mills. Seen from the price, we can see a RMB150-200/mt drop for most bidding price, which undoubtedly depress the Chinese manganese alloys market.
At present, ex-work prices of SiMn6517# centered at RMB5,400-5,600/mt in North of China and RMB5,700-5,800/mt in South of China. Meanwhile, the prices for HC FeMn65# and MC FeMn78C1.5 were respectively RMB4,900-5,100/mt and RMb8,500-8,600/mt while LC FeMn80C0.7 stabled at RMB8,800-9,000/mt.
HBIS manganese alloy bidding was as follows, all of the purchase price of manganese alloys dropped by RMB100-200/mt compared with that in March.

Meanwhile, other large mills such as Shan Steel, WISCO, TISCO,etc also decreased their April purchase price for SiMn and FeMn by RMB150-200/mt.
Generally, we expect the manganese market in China will continue to drop effected by all of the factors.
