[Ferro-Alloys.com]IIt is said that Shasteel Group already released purchase plan on raw material for December in China. Among of this, the group planned to cut silicon manganese to 15,000 tons from 16,000/mt in November. Medium carbon ferromanganese was declined to 800 tons from 1,000 tons. In addition, low carbon ferromanganese was reduced to 400 tons from 500 tons.
